How It Works
Getting Your Card
Choose Your Card
Decide between Silver, Gold, Platinum — the higher the tier, the larger the discount on every bill.
Open The Account
Message us on WhatsApp or call the hospital, then pay your tier’s one-time registration fee at reception to open the account.
Add Your Members
Add each person for your tier’s per-person fee, bringing the Aadhaar card of every member so we can verify their details.
Collect And Save
Collect the cards at reception. Show the card at billing and your discount applies from that visit onward.
Money-Back Option
Change Your Mind Within 8 Months
Add this optional fee when you open your account and the whole thing becomes refundable — the registration fee, every per-person fee, and the money-back fee itself.
How it works
- The money-back fee is optional, is paid once per account, and must be paid when the account is opened.
- A refund can be claimed any time within 8 months of the account being opened. After 8 months no refund is available.
- Every card on the account must be unused. If any one member has used their card, no refund is given to anyone on that account.
- The refund returns everything paid on the account — the registration fee, every per-member fee, and the money-back fee itself.
- Without the money-back fee, all Care Card fees are non-refundable.
The whole account has to be unused. If your account covers four people and any one of them has used their card, the refund is not available to anyone on that account — including the three who never used theirs.
Refer A Friend
Refer Someone And You Both Earn Credit
Already a cardholder? Every person who joins on your recommendation earns credit for both of you — each of you at your own card’s rate.
You tell them about the card
Share your Care Card number with family, friends or neighbours.
They quote it while registering
Your card number has to be given at the time they open their account — it cannot be added afterwards.
You each earn your own rate
Their credit comes off their joining fee; yours is held against your renewal. The two amounts are worked out separately.
For example: a Platinum cardholder refers someone who opens a Silver account. The Platinum holder earns ₹150; the new Silver member earns ₹50. Each side is paid at the rate of the card they hold.
Referral credit is not cash. It can only be used against Care Card fees — your own renewal, or the joining fee of the person you referred. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or used to pay a hospital bill.

Money-back option

Conditions of membership
- The card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and must be renewed each year to stay active.
- The discount applies to Orchid Multispeciality Hospital charges only. What each card does not cover is listed under “Not covered by the discount”.
- The discount rate is fixed by the tier purchased and does not change during the validity period.
- Orchid Multispeciality Hospital may revise the Care Card from time to time, including card fees, discount percentages, what each card covers and referral credit, in response to market demand, customer feedback or changes in hospital policy. A revision applies to cards issued or renewed after it is published on the Care Card page. A card already issued keeps its discount rate and coverage until it expires. The fees and terms published on the Care Card page when you register or renew are the ones that apply to you.
- The Aadhaar card of every member is required at the hospital to verify identity when the account is opened and when the discount is claimed.
- Each card is issued to one named person and is not transferable to anyone else.
- Referral credit is added to both accounts only after the referred person's account is opened with the referrer's card number quoted at that time.
- Each side of a referral earns the credit of the tier they themselves hold, which may differ between the two accounts.
- Referral credit can be used against card fees and renewal only. It cannot be withdrawn as cash and cannot be adjusted against a hospital bill.
FAQ
Orchid Care Card — Frequently Asked Questions
The Orchid Care Card is a paid annual membership at Orchid Multispeciality Hospital, sold in three tiers. Cardholders get a flat discount on their hospital bills for 12 months from the date the card is issued — 10% on Silver, 15% on Gold and 21% on Platinum.
Each tier charges a one-time account registration fee plus a per-person fee for everyone added to that account. Silver is ₹100 to register plus ₹100 per person for 10% off — a limited-time rate through 2026-10-27, usually ₹200 and ₹200. Gold is ₹200 to register plus ₹200 per person for 15% off — a limited-time rate through 2026-10-27, usually ₹300 and ₹300. Platinum is ₹300 to register plus ₹300 per person for 21% off — a limited-time rate through 2026-10-27, usually ₹500 and ₹500. A family of four therefore pays ₹500 a year on Silver or ₹1,000 a year on Gold.
Yes. The registration fee is charged once per account, whether the account covers one person or a family. Each member is then added at that tier's per-person fee and receives their own card in their own name, with the same discount.
Your tier's discount applies to your hospital charges at Orchid Multispeciality Hospital. Silver: covers Hospital bill; Medicines; Routine pathology tests; X-ray, sonography, MRI and CT scan. Does not cover Treating doctor charges; Super consultant charges. Gold: covers Hospital bill; Medicines; Routine pathology tests; X-ray, sonography, MRI and CT scan; Treating doctor charges. Does not cover Super consultant charges. Platinum: covers Hospital bill; Medicines; Routine pathology tests; X-ray, sonography, MRI and CT scan; Treating doctor charges. Does not cover Super consultant charges. The rate is fixed by the tier you bought and does not change during the validity period.
It is an optional extra fee paid once per account when you open it — ₹300 on Silver, ₹500 on Gold and ₹600 on Platinum. If you cancel within 8 months you get back everything you paid: the registration fee, every per-person fee, and the money-back fee itself. Without it, Care Card fees are non-refundable.
Every card on the account has to be unused for the refund to apply. If your account covers four people and any one of them has used their card, the refund is not available to anyone on that account — including the three members who never used theirs.
The refund window closes. After 8 months no refund is available, even if no card on the account was ever used. The cards themselves stay valid and keep giving the discount for the full 12 months.
The card is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued. After that it must be renewed to stay active — speak to the hospital reception or message us on WhatsApp when your renewal is due.
The Aadhaar card of every person being added to the account is required, so the hospital can verify each member when the account is opened and when the discount is later claimed at billing. Bring the Aadhaar details to the hospital reception — nothing is collected through this website.
If someone opens a Care Card account and quotes your card number at the time of registering, both of you earn credit — each at the rate of the tier you yourselves hold. That is ₹50 for a Silver holder, ₹100 for Gold and ₹150 for Platinum. So a Platinum holder referring someone onto Silver earns ₹150 while the new member earns ₹50. Referral credit cannot be withdrawn as cash and cannot be used to pay a hospital bill — it applies to Care Card fees and renewal only.
