Last updated: 27 September 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how Orchid Multispeciality Hospital handles information you choose to share through this website and the forms, buttons and WhatsApp links on it. It should be read with our Terms & Conditions.
Who We Are
- Orchid Multispeciality Hospital, 1st Floor, Marvel Bldg., Sanghvi Complex, Opposite A. J. Diagnostic, Payyade Hotel Lane, Kanungo Estate Road, Mira Road (East), Thane - 401107, Maharashtra. Email: [email protected]. Phone: +91 91467 77218.
How This Website Handles Your Information
- The forms on this website do not send your details to any server. They prepare a message on your own device and open WhatsApp so that you can read it and press send.
- This website has no user accounts.
- Nothing you type into a form is stored by the website itself. Once you send a message on WhatsApp, the hospital receives it and handles it as described below.
Information You May Share
- Appointment requests: patient name, gender (optional), age, phone number, the symptoms or reason for the visit, any department or doctor you select, whether you want a hospital or home visit, and your preferred date and time.
- Home visit and cashless mediclaim enquiries: a short message naming the area or service you are asking about, followed by whatever you choose to tell us in the chat.
- Orchid Care Card enquiries: the card you are interested in, how many people the account would cover, and whether you want the money-back option. Identity details of each member, including their Aadhaar card, are checked in person at the hospital when the account is opened and when the discount is claimed. They are not collected through this website.
- Job and Nursing Training applications: name, phone number, qualification, experience, current location, availability, email address (optional), notes, and the role, duration or shift you choose; for training, your council registration number where you provide it. Your CV or documents are sent by you as a file in the same WhatsApp chat.
- Help & Support: your description of the concern, the place it relates to, whether you have already raised it, and your name and phone number, which are optional.
- Calls, emails and visits: whatever you tell us by phone, by email or in person at the hospital.
Health and Sensitive Information
- The symptoms or reason for a visit that you enter in the appointment form is health information. It is sent to us only when you press send in WhatsApp, so you can edit or delete any of it first.
- If you would rather not share symptoms over WhatsApp, keep that field brief and describe them over the phone or at hospital reception instead.
- Please do not send Aadhaar numbers, bank or card details, or passwords through WhatsApp or this website.
How We Use Information
- To respond to your enquiry, confirm appointments and home visits, and provide care.
- To help with cashless mediclaim, TPA coordination and claim documents.
- To set up and manage Care Card accounts, verify members and apply discounts, refunds and referral credit.
- To consider job and training applications and to contact you about them.
- To look into and answer concerns raised through Help & Support.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to the hospital.
- We do not sell your information.
- WhatsApp is a third-party service with its own terms and privacy policy. Messages are encrypted in transit, but they are stored on your own phone and on the hospital device that receives them, and we do not control how long WhatsApp itself retains message data.
- Concerns sent through Help & Support go to a dedicated WhatsApp number that the hospital owners monitor. Other messages go to the hospital’s WhatsApp line.
