What you'll do

  • Give day-to-day bedside care to admitted patients across the ward and ICU.
  • Record vitals, administer medication on schedule, and keep nursing notes accurate.
  • Prepare patients for procedures and assist the duty doctor during rounds.
  • Explain care and discharge instructions to patients and their families.

What we're looking for

  • GNM or B.Sc Nursing from a recognised institution.
  • Valid Maharashtra Nursing Council registration, or registration in progress.
  • Willing to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Comfortable speaking with patients in Hindi or Marathi as well as English.

Shift timings

  • Morning shift8 am – 4 pm
  • Evening shift12 pm – 8 pm
  • Night shift8 pm – 8 am

Qualification needed: GNM or B.Sc Nursing, registered with the Maharashtra Nursing Council

RMO – Resident Medical Officer

Medical Officers

First-line clinical cover for admitted patients and casualty, working alongside our consultants.

What you'll do

  • Provide first-line clinical cover for admitted patients and casualty arrivals.
  • Take histories, examine patients and start initial management before the consultant reviews.
  • Escalate to the on-call consultant promptly and hand over clearly at shift change.
  • Keep case papers, treatment charts and discharge summaries complete and legible.

What we're looking for

  • MBBS from a recognised college, internship completed.
  • Valid Maharashtra Medical Council registration.
  • Able to manage common emergencies independently until the consultant arrives.
  • Willing to live within reasonable reach of Mira Road for on-call duties.

Shift timings

  • Morning shift8 am – 4 pm
  • Evening shift3 pm – 11 pm
  • Night shift11 pm – 8 am

Qualification needed: MBBS with a valid Maharashtra Medical Council registration
